Another Monster at the End of This Book

I just paid for and downloaded this book for my granddaughter on my iPad. My issue is with the creators of the app. Try as we might neither she nor I could open the book even though it was at the top of my purchased apps. Because of iCloud I was able to open the book for her on my iPhone. Even though I bought the book on my iPad Im unable to open it on that device. Very frustrating :(
